3/4 tbsp oil 1/2 cup chopped carrot 1/2 cup chopped Red cabbage 1/2 cup Chopped cabbage 1/2 cup chopped green beans 1/2 cup chopped Iceberg lettuce 2 tbsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce 1 tsp Sugar 2 cup boiled rice livingfoodz.com
Method • First chopped all the veggies like carrot, Red cabbage ,green beans ,Iceberg lettuce and garlic. • Take 2 cup rice and cook the rice in pressure cooker. • Take a pan and keep on medium flame gas. • Pour the 3/4 tbsp oil and after oil heating add the all chopped veggies in pan.

Method • Stir the all the ingredients very well. • After add the 2 tbsp soy sauce , 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce and sugar. • After add the boiled rice and fry it well • Garnish the fried rice with basil leaves.
