THIS PROJECT PROPOSES TO REPLACE AN EXISTING STORAGE FACILITY AT THE MUNICIPAL NAUTICAL BASE WITH A LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE STRUCTURE, WHICH RESPONDS TO THE SPATIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY & CREATES A DIALOGUE BETWEEN INDOOR & OUTDOOR AREAS.
