By raising the capabilities of outpatient health services through these satellite kiosks, it aims to help to discharge patients to more appropriate sites and avoid over-burden on the hospital facilities.

INSTITUTE Institute is a place where the students come from their native and make their own domain. An institute has been compared to a city on a small scale. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The challenge is to understand and analyze the life of the students in an institute from the personal to communal space and also the relationship of interior space with person in daily activities and give the flexibility according to the users. To aim is to develop an architectural design using form and material that is climatically viable and its character is harmonious to its surroundings. The planning has been done in such a way that the proximity of different user group like : Administration block is placed near entrance. Library, computer lab blocks sits between classroom and hostels . Faculty rooms are planned near staff quarters . Auditorium, seminar room is kept opposite to admin with separate entry and parking facilities. The classroom block forms the centre core which is connected by all the activities in the centre. Apart from that a central courtyard has been created for various social and communal activities.
PROPOSED SITE The site is located in kundeshwari 5km form kashipur,Uttarakhand. It is well connected by roadways, railways and one hour journey from nearest airport. Traffic and pollution is less near site because of its location, outside main city ,traffic and pollution is comparatively less. Natural vegetation is abundant .Site is relatively flat land of approx. 200 acres. The project scope is limited overall master planning with main focus on academic block detailed design. From the beginning sustainability approach has been a central focus of the project. Measures like maximum use of daylight, louvers to cut harsh direct sunlight, natural cross ventilation, locally available ecofriendly materials, green roof as thermal mass became guiding factor of the design . Parking facilities has been planned at all key locations.

A large central courtyard aids passive cooling and promotes interaction, whereas a porous skin protects the building from the southern sun. The learning area is centered around the academic quadrangle which is composed of classrooms, faculty rooms and movement areas. A major visual concern of the project was the integration of the geometric “construction� ensemble into vast angular geometry. The movement corridor along the auspicious north-south axis. A number of connecting devices like ramps, seating, plazas, sunken courts, water bodies and sculptural courts like steps are drawn from Traditional Indian settings and encourage informal meetings and interaction.
FARMHOUSE AT PANIPAT Pa n i p a t, I n d i a . P r o f e s s i o n a l Wo r k - 2 0 1 5 - 1 6 . Site area : 6350 sqm. Built area : 1400 sqm Status : Under Construction. The design is a clean composition of courtyards and slits with proper vastu guidelines. Thus, the concept from its initial stages ensured that the innermost spaces remain flooded with fresh air and natural light. All spaces have access to the courtyards which open into the garden and fronted by a long cantilever block.
There is a hierarchy of space as one moves from the more public section of the house to the private back portions. Yet, the back portions, by design, still manage to retain the essence of an external facade flanking an open space, by virtue of enabling, decks sit-outs and conversations with the courtyard.

OFFICE FOR MIRAGE STONE Delhi, India. P r o f e s s i o n a l Wo r k - 2 0 1 6 . Site area : 17100 sqft. Built area : 8200 sqft Status : Under Construction. The main concept was to give a character to existing stone shed and convert it into a high end stone gallery without disturbing the existing structure as per client brief. The facade and office block has been planned in such a way that it gives a skin to the existing store house and office blocks fits in such a way that it creates an envelope along two of its sides. The planning has been done considering vastu guidelines. The plan is linear and each space is well connected by various courtyards, overlooking balconies , double and triple height spaces. The external skin of the building is exposed concrete with recessed front facade as dry stone cladding.

Built area : 3707392 Sq ft. My Role : I was a part of urban design team to do the analysis of existing site condition and developed the proposal for park-1. The Master Plan for the residential colony of Greater Kailash II was developed by DLF in the fifties on a site adjoining the Jahanpanah City Forest.

The shopping centre was planned in the form of two U shapes, laid around two rectangular parks. The plots front on to a 30 ft access road with a 30 ft service road at the back. The upper floors originally proposed as residences have largely been converted to commercial and office space, in some cases extending two to three floors above the shops. Basements have also been added in a number of plots. With the generally chaotic parking conditions and degrading of environmental conditions the situation is now ready for a complete overhaul and upgrading of the entire shopping complex.

After a careful survey of the whole area it was found that it was best to locate the entrance to the car parking structure on the higher rear side of the market. Because of the raised level here it is possible to arrange for three levels of car parking without having to resort to deep excavation. One level of parking is accessed directly at grade, with the next level of parking designated as lower ground level, being at the same level as the middle row of shops. There is one additional parking floor below this, which involves excavation of only one level below this central grade – making it fairly economical to build. Further, care has been taken to preserve all the existing mature trees, which are generally located along the outer edges of the two parks. Along with the proposed new parking structures it is intended to develop some additional shops and commercial space, which will help to further revitalize the shopping centre, and also generate additional revenue. The roof terraces have been designed to provide easy and direct access to shoppers, as well as to residents of the surrounding areas. Provision is being made to cater to a large variety of different use, which would include, promotional events, an amphitheater for performances, as well as space for general get together.

My Role : My role was to do the layout of phase-1A master plan and to detail out the service apartments, offices, basements and massing of the initial sketch.

The site has a dynamic location on the existing waterfront of tangier, located at the base of medina it is adjacent to a Functioning ferry terminal ensuring arrivals to the project site from Spain and other Mediterranean countries. The site has been planned as a significant mixed use development. The upgraded and expanded port facilities has been strategically located to cause minimal disturbance to the project and provide a steady stream of visitors and staff from the port . Subsequent to significant planned upgrades. The avenue Mohammed VI highway shall provide convenient and efficient access to the project from neighborhood in the old city as well as from newer tangier.

MASSING STUDY The view corridors from the sites of historic and cultural value within the old city offer a very unique opportunity for the various components of the project to be strategically located for maximum visual benefit. Opening up of these corridors as they are translated to the urban ground plane will create dynamic opportunities.

The Site is located in Gurgaon, Haryana. The building is spread out as a podium for Ground and first floor level, whereas it bifurcates into two towers- namely north and south tower from second floor onwards. First basement is being developed as a lower ground floor with natural light wells and club house and lower basements have a lesser height and are being used for parking and MEP services only. In addition, the project is being developed as a leed rated building, making it an elusive product at par with all the requisite global standards Designed to international standards green building standards high performance glazing and environmental control systems, recycled water management systems, air quality and quantity standards Building Envelope The aim is to develop an intelligent design for the envelope which, in addition to possessing transparency,also works as an active filter in the interface with the outside environment.

My Role : I worked as a Second Lead Architect for Over all Co-ordination, Preparation of working Drawings, and execution for this project. The Site is located in Mohalli, Chandigarh. This housing comprises of 449 dwelling units varying from one BHK to 3 BHK. Being developed for Middle Income group people, this campus has all the amenities required for a standard Indian family. The Architecture has been kept simple with emphasis on the planning of the dwelling units. Mainly comprises of two types of block- One going up to G+7 Floor and another till G+3. The Entrance to campus is through sector road. and the two Mid rise blocks are strategically places to emphasis the entry.

There are all together 7 block in the site which comprises of 3 mid rise blocks and rest 4 low rise blocks. The site has a complete basement which is artificially ventilated for parking and services area. This has a veriety of unit plans varing from One BHK to 3Bhk units, which when added toghether alocng with the core(vertical circulation) to form each block. This setup gave enough flexibility for designing each block.
