We have developed other solutions and versions of the Waste Cooking Oil reverse vending machines . There is a big and complex problem about collecting from mass or collective areas of waste vegetable oil. While collecting waste oil from restaurants, hotels, refectories etc. the collectors are facing mixing problem; mixed waste vegetable oil with other liquids for example water and oil. At Aditya Recycling, we solved this mixing problem. Our machine's new version can show how much water (other liquids) and how much oil in tank (where in restaurants, hotels, refectories).

BioCube™ Bio Diesel Producer – 250 ltrs per hour The BioCube™ is a self-contained, community-sized biodiesel mini-refinery engineered within a specially modified 20’ sea container. It weighs approximately 3.5 tons dry and is easily transported by road, rail and sea. It can operate independently from the electricity grid and converts a wide variety of feedstock vegetable oils to useable biodiesel. Where feedstock quality permits it can produce biodiesel consistent with ASTM D6751 standards for direct use in any modern diesel engine. The BioCube™ is designed to robust marine engineering standards to last for 20 years or more in harsh tropical conditions. Subject to proper usage and maintenance, it will run for a minimum of five years between overhauls. It can be operated by semi-skilled labour after a short training programme. The BioCube will process biodiesel at a rate of >250 litres per hour. Tailor-made Seimens programming technology delivered through a visualised touch screen interface makes operation of the BioCube intuitive and easy.
