H.E. T.P. Seetharam Ambassador of India to the U.A.E. H.E. Mr. T.P.Seetharam, currently Ambassador of India to UAE has previously served as Indian High Commissioner to Mauritius. He has handled India’s bilateral relations with countries in Europe as well as the European Union in New Delhi as Additional Secretary, West Europe and as Joint Secretary Central Europe. In Permanent Mission of India in Geneva, he was Minister (Disarmament) dealing with Conference on Disarmament. He has worked as Deputy Chief of Mission in Bangkok (Thailand) and dealt with UNESCAP. He also served in Indian Embassy in Phnom Penh (Cambodia). He was Press Secretary to President of India Mr. K.R. Narayanan. Ambassador Seetharam has considerable experience in Southern Africa having worked in Lusaka, Zambia and having helped open Indian offices in Windhoek, Namibia as well as in Johannesburg and Cape Town in South Africa. A Chinese (Mandarin) speaking officer of 1980 batch of the Indian Foreign Service, he was Director General of India - Taipei Association and has also worked in Indian Embassy in Beijing and Indian Commission in Hong Kong. Ambassador Seetharam is married to Deepa and they have a son and a daughter.

Mr. Vasu Shroff started off as a young helping hand cum sales man at a dainty little store of Regal Traders close to Dubai Creek. The credentials of a jovial young man were proved with time as the textile store evolved in to a textile chain under his direction. His foresight and strategic planning helped the company to overcome all the challenges they faced in becoming a renowned brand . In order to bring quality merchandise to Dubai, he travelled extensively to Europe, Far East Asia and Africa. He set up agencies and grew the wholesale and the indenting division of the company starting a couple of retail outlets. Subsequently, his sons Raju and Vikram Shroff joined him and together they grew the company into Regal Group Holdings, a conglomerate of Regal Traders, Regal Technologies, Regal International, Regal Group Investments and AYT International. The year of 2012 – 2013 remains special for REGAL as the group completes its 60th anniversary and the Mr. Vasu Shroff was felicitated with the Lifetime Achievement Award by Arabian Business. He is also listed as the 19th most powerful Indian in the GCC by the same publication. Commercial success is not enough for this philanthropist as he takes active interest in developing the society. He is the first honorary teacher of the Indian High School and a trustee of the same. He played an instrumental role is setting up the Hindu temple in Mina Bazaar and the Gurudwara in Jebel Ali. Besides, he has worked extensively to bring about growth and development in his hometown Deolali, India.

He watched the silent sufferings of human beings and treated the human sufferings in his professional field of Urology and Andrology deriving immense pleasure and satisfaction by treating the physical, mental and emotional states of his patients by using his expertise in his own surgical creative field of Urology and Andrology . This led him to understand sadness and happiness behind the silent paintings reflecting the character of art and artists. He has been an ardent lover for art and fascinated by this creative world of art and music. Art mudra gives him an opportunity not only to enjoy the different forms of art and colors of life but also allows him to experience new areas of innovation and creativity existing amongst different artists. In the professional field Dr Dilip Raja is a senior consulting Urologist and Andrologist for last 30 years in Mumbai, India at Lilavati Hospital, Saifee Hospital, Wockhardt Hospital. He has also been practicing as Specialist Urologist and Andrologist at Prime Medical center and Prime Hospital, Garhoud Dubai for last 10 years. His primary clinic for consultation is at Dr. Raja’s Urology & Andrology Centre at Waterfield Road, opp. National College, Bandra (W) in Mumbai, India. He is a Gold Medalist and recipient of many scholarships during his under and post-graduate training as urologist and andrologist. He has been trained extensively in his speciality at various renowned centers in the world like for stone disease in Germany, Microsurgery in Belgium, Impotence and Urinary Cancers at Mayo Clinic, USA and for Infertility at Australia. He has done pioneering work in the field of Lithotripsy for kidney stone diseases in India. Endo-Urology, Stones, Prostate, Impotence & Uro Oncology are his all time favorites. Subsequently he further trained himself into laparoscopy in urology and newer technologies like RIRS in Stone disease and Laparoscopic and Robotic surgeries in treating the urological cancers like prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer etc. He has delivered many guest lectures, conducted surgical workshops and has been instrumental in setting up kidney units at national and international levels. Dr. Dilip Raja has been a Visiting Urologist and Andrologist to Kenya, Tanzania and Mauritius and delivered Guest lectures, Conducted Workshops & Seminars & created awareness about Urology & Andrology. Dr. Dilip Raja has trained many young urologists in Mumbai, India who have been successfully practicing all over the world. He is a member of almost all the prestigious urology and Andrology organisations in the world.
