What is AIESEC? AIESEC has 55.000 members from all around the World and provides more than 10.000 exchanges to its members

Why Life Sciences? As it was mentioned before AIESEC members are interested in World issues. And we are highly aware that Life Sciences sector is one of the sectors which should be worked on, in order to increase the volume of AIESEC experiences for more diversified youth groups. On the other hand, we think that working with Life Sciences organizations to work inside of the sector would create a unique platform for companies to reach young talents from all around the world. As nowadays numbers of graduated students are not enough for employment demand, AIESEC would provide a unique solution for this issue.

What kind of Co-operations do we offer for you? Exchange program; within AIESEC network, AIESEC offers international students with needed background and high motivation to get experience in different fields (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Technical Experiences) during an international internship program. Stakeholder events; we would like to develop our network amongst organizations in life sciences sector. We are interested in networking meetings, conferences, seminars, special events, contact sharing and getting referral letters. We would also support you by our members for the logistical needs of the organizations; however our main interests are as many networking opportunities as possible. University organizations; we would organize events in the university which you might be interested in. These kinds of events offer you to develop the interest of students to life sciences sector and to have right information about what sector can offer to them.


How AIESEC Internship Program Works? AIESEC provides foreign young talents who are eager to work in different fields and who has been passed through very structured application and professional selection interviews with company HR representatives and AIESEC representatives. Duration of AIESEC Internship Program is min. 2 months and maximum 18 months. When an organization would like to hire an AIESEC Intern, the process looks like: Timeline 1st week 2nd – 5th week 6th – 12th week

Rundown of the Program

Signing Contract Promotion of Internship Opportunity & Selection of Interns VISA application & Logistic Arrangement for interns Preparation performed by intern, according to request of partners. Arrival of Interns and start of internship Intern receives Reception services provided by AIESEC and get integrated to the culture and the country.

AIESEC Service Promotion of the internship opportunity around the world: We will promote the internship opportunity of your company in our online platform to all our members across 110 countries and territories. Sourcing Talent from our network: We offer access to talent and perspective from your target market to Logistical Support: We offer you logistic support with bringing the intern to your company, including visa application, airport
