MINI-GROUP PIANO CLASSES
AGE 6-9 WITH SVETLANA TUCHINSKY, B.M., MA EDUCATION & 15+ YRS EXPERIENCE. Learning to play the piano is FUN! We believe that piano lessons should be enjoyable and productive, not dull and isolating. By putting students into small groups in the beginning, we give them a chance to share the learning experience with others. This creates a built-in support team of friends and encourages children to practice. Activities include music-oriented games, EZ music theory, and ear-training. Each student has access to a piano or keyboard in class; however, a piano or keyboard is needed to practice at home. Mindful of gradual reopening, we reduced the size of the group to 3-4 students for in-person classes. Students meet once a week for 35 minutes class. Participants must wear a face mask.
