3. Take care of your spine - maintain good posture, avoid spinal injuries


4. Do pleasurable physical activity routinely, with at least 150 minutes of mild to moderate activity per week


5. Use sunscreen - its use prevents skin cancer, which is the most frequent cancer in Brazil (INCA)


6. Conduct your prevention and check-up exams periodically. Most illnesses are preventable


7. Maintain healthy relationships - incredible as it may seem violence is a leading cause of death in women


8. Cook your own food so you feed yourself better and healthier


9. Beware of traffic drive responsibly, respect signs - death in traffic is one of the leading causes of death in young women


10. Know your body knowing your body better makes you take better care of it
