MIDLAND, MI – Midland’s “Tridge”, a three-legged pedestrian footbridge spanning The Forks, the confluence of the Tittabawassee and Chippewa Rivers. The waters flowing to this spot have carried the birchbark canoes of Native Americans, steam boats from Saginaw and billions of board-feet of white pine logs.
