Delaware Field House at University of Delaware • Newark, DE
The Field House has a 70-yard indoor turf field with seating for around 500 people. It also has dropdown batting cages and soccer goals and is home to multiple team locker rooms and coaches offices. In sustainability efforts, half of the field house’s roof is lined with solar panels.

Creating a university-town vibe in the City of Newark, the University of Delaware has multiple facilities for dozens of sports. Delaware Stadium in particular is home to Fightin’ Blue Hens football and lacrosse, sporting a capacity of 22,000 after state-ofthe-art renovations.

This facility is home to University of Delaware’s NCAA Men’s and Women’s basketball and volleyball teams. The Bob Carpenter Center features an arena, practice courts, multiple sports locker rooms, offices, conference rooms, weight room and athletic training rooms.

Chase Center On The Riverfront Wilmington, DE
As the name suggests, Chase Center on the Riverfront offers scenic views of the Christina River that flows through the City of Wilmington. Chase Center has over 70,000 square feet of space, including two ballrooms and a 20,000-square-foot exhibit hall for conferences, trade shows and of course indoor sporting events. The center has plenty of history as well, originally being used as a shipbuilding facility during WWII before being transformed into its modern state.

Chase Fieldhouse Wilmington, DE
The 161,000-square-foot Chase Fieldhouse is home to the 76ers’ G League team the Delaware Blue Coats. The enormous facility houses three full-size NBA courts, which can be converted into a 2,500-seat arena and six smaller courts for volleyball and futsal, an indoor 100 x 70 yard turf field and three outdoor turf fields. Chase Fieldhouse also houses a Nemours PT Clinic and Titus Sports Academy, an elite program for athlete development.

Margaret Bundy Scott Field House is home to Hamilton College’s Men’s and Women’s basketball and volleyball teams, as well as the indoor home to the track team. In addition to the court and track, the field house also has a 3,400 square foot athletic training clinic.
Alumni Gymnasium at Hamilton College • Clinton, NY
Hamilton College has it all when it comes to sports, making it one of the best all-round locations in the region for tournaments. Alumni Gymnasium in particular was built in 1940 and was renovated in 1978 and houses office space for coaches and administrators, as well as locker rooms and meeting facilities.

The nation’s second oldest college ice arena is home to the Hamilton College’s Men’s and Women’s hockey teams. Originally constructed in 1921, the rink currently seats 600 and a 5,100-square-foot addition was completed in 2015 which added multiple locker rooms for Hamilton’s teams.

Home to the AHL’s Utica Comets and MASL’s Utica City FC, the historic Adirondack Bank Center features a capacity of up to 5,700 for floor events with 4,500 for basketball and 3,860 for ice hockey and indoor soccer. Elevate CNY Sports Complex stands tall with a total of 60,000 square feet of space. While Providence has no shortage of impressive sporting venues, the Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP PVD) stands out as the destination for sports in Rhode Island. This 90,000-square-foot facility in Loudoun County features two NHL ice sheets, including a 3,500-seat area in addition to a full-service gym, café, pro shop, medical room and hockey training room, among other amenities. Ion International annually hosts several MYHockey Tournaments and was the site of the 2022 US Figure Skating Championship Series presented by Toyota.
