Hurts Wins 2022 Premier Player of Pro Football Award

College football, or any sport, would not excite millions of people every year if it wasn't for the fans. Yet, when deciding the best college football player in the nation, the fans were left out of the selection process until we launched our award in 2010.

The Premier Player of College Football Trophy is an award presented to the athlete the fans voted as the best player in NCAA college football. The Premier Players Sports Foundation releases a poll at the beginning of the college football season with 20 of the best players for fans to follow. The foundation will add up to five more great-performing players to the poll in mid-October while deleting nonperformers. Fans then have until the last conference championship game to cast their vote for deciding The Premier Player of College Football.

"Fans are such a big part of the games, so we wanted to come up with an award that they can be a big part of, too," said Carnell Moore, founder of Premier Players and the Premier Players Sports Foundation. "All the athletes in our polls are Premier Players, but we let the fans decide who gets the trophy."

MTM Recognition, a leader in the design and awards for world-class events, crafts the 19 lbs trophy.

The foundation now operates fan polls for NCAA men's & women's basketball, baseball & softball, and men's & women's hockey. It also releases a poll for fans to select The Premier Player of Pro Football.

The sports foundation has used the polls as fundraisers to help orphaned, foster, special needs, and at-risk youth participate in community sports leagues via sponsorships and equipment. Through its network of former athletes, the foundation will also help athletes with life management and business development skills. Read on to learn more

Parents of these athletes may also contact The Premier Players Network for advice.

Vision: To build The Premier Players Network into a global brand that combines sports and business to help the next generation of athletes with life management skills and career readiness. Using teams of successful businesspeople in various cities, who have played or have a passion for the games, The Network will offer internships, jobs, community projects, mentoring, and more.

Company Goal: To be The Leader for Athletes-Helping-Athletes achieve success in life and in business.

The Network: Only one team and three members per category in each city. Different team members will present each week, so members learn more about them and their businesses To renew each year, team members must show three uses of other team members' products or services and at least six referrals given during the past year. We also require members to give each other discounts on their products and services. High school, travel, and club teams' players and coaches will be made aware of the networking team's focus on helping athletes in various ways, including via a monthly digital magazine with articles about relationships, health, finance, and giving back. The Network will also train athletes via University Focus Funds to give back to their high school & university communities. And you can't have sports without competition, so teams will compete against other city teams – stay tuned for more on that.

How It WORKS MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

WHAT TO EXPECT

Prefer teams meet weekly on Mondays at noon to plan for the week. The first meeting of the month is in-person and the remaining Mondays are by Zoom. Different members present each week, so others learn more about their businesses and how to help. Only 1 team and 3 members per category in each city. New categories and teams can be established when needed.

LEAD A CHAPTER

All members will be a part of the national chapter which will facilitate Zoom calls and annual events with athletes and business leaders. However, be more visible by leading a chapter for local networking and events with athletes, fans, and businesses. Our team is here to help you every step of the way.
