Should a Car Dealership Get Custom Chrome Emblems for its Brand?

The earliest badges were made from pot metal and chromed to beautify them. Mounting these pieces required drilling holes on the car’s exterior and attach them later with rivets. After some time, car dealers started using adhesive to attach the badges after realizing that it would cost less and also not damage the surface of the car.

Fast forward to recent years and some dealers have even switched to license plate chrome emblems and stickers which do not interfere with the car’s surface at all. The latter can even be easily removed by the car owners at will. While the debate as to whether the car dealership’s chrome emblems on a vehicle are a plus or negative continues, there’s no denying the importance of the dealership where a car is bought.

Go for Smaller Car Dealership Emblems While some customers appreciate the look of your emblems on their vehicles, you do not want to overdo it by having huge emblems.

Place your emblems strategically You obviously want people to see your custom car badge on the car you sell. However, with the car owner in mind, you also want to place the emblems inconspicuously.

Emblems Vs. stickers As already mentioned most car dealers have now transitioned to stickers and branded license plates instead of emblems.
