How to use the Prescott College AV Checkout System From the Prescott College home page, go to Administration and Services  IT  Reserve IT Equipment Link. The page below will come up, now type in your username and password that you use to log into your computer on campus or type in your username and password for your Prescott College e-mail system.

Once you click Login – the following page should come up.

Choose the date and time you’d like to pick up the equipment (remember that 30 minutes after your reservation time, the reserved items automatically become available for anyone else to check out. So, please choose a time that works for you to pick up the equipment within the 30 minute window.) Next, chose a date and time to return your equipment. Make sure that this also works for you. There is a $5.00 fine per item for every item not returned within 15 minutes of the due date and time. This then gives us 15 minutes to check the equipment before it can be checked out by the next person holding a reservation.


Once you have your date / time set up… click on the Find Resources button at the top of the screen… chose all items you’ll need for your presentation.

Once you’ve picked out all the equipment you’ll need for this event, go back to the top of the screen and click on Current Reservation. If there is a problem with your reservation – it will be stated in the maroon box on the left of the screen as seen on the previous page. If there are no issues, you can confirm the reservation and then create a new reservation or simply log out.
