The ITN MIDFREQUENCY consortium is organizing a two days advanced seminar taking place from 9 to 10 May, 2011 in Munich, Germany. The course is supported by the European Union via the FP7 Marie Curie Initial Training Network project “Mid-frequency� and is going to provide in-depth instruction on the theory and application of the latest and advanced acoustic simulation capabilities. Acoustic simulation specialists from LMS International will run the main sessions of the course focusing in particular on recent advances in Finite Element Model and Boundary Element Method, Advanced Acoustic Technologies, Aero-Acoustics, Acoustics with flow, duct acoustics, grazing flows. The advanced seminar, being sponsored by the European Commission as part of the Seventh Framework Programme, will be free for 30 delegates.
