So far, It’s been a busy (and very exciting!) 201 3 for us at Prestige Imports. Here is a recap of some of the “behind the scene” things that have been going at the dealership. - We’ve secured a 25% increase in new Audi allocation from the manufacturer, which will allow us to sell over 850 new Audi vehicles in 201 3. - Porsche A.G. is now able to increase production at their German facilities, which means we will see a 20% increase in new Porsche inventory this year alone. Also, stay tuned for the launch of their new mid-sized SUV, the Macan. - Our 201 3 Winter Ice Driving event was held in early January and was attended by an overcapacity group of both clients and employees. - Both Porsche and Audi service departments have been expanded to allow for greater service volume with shorter wait times. - Our first quarter customer service rankings for both sales and service were the highest in the state of Colorado. - We’re busily planning for our 3rd annual Mountain Driving Tour. This year’s date is June 1 , 201 3. Mark your calendars and come out for a drive , followed by a BBQ lunch after you’ve returned. It’s open to everyone! - Thanks to your continued support and patronage, our business has grown. This has allowed us to hire additional people, making our total employee count 1 30. This represents a 1 5% increase in employment opportunity in just 8 months. We’re proud to be able to support our own community. As always, we wish to say Thank You. Without you, we wouldn’t be here. I welcome your comments and thoughts any time – simply email me at jadis@prestigeimports.net. Please let me know what I can do to make our level of service match your expectations. Sincerely, Justin Adis General Manager

60 Performance Cars, 1 Frozen Lake, Tons of Fun

Just a few days into the new year, on January 5th and 6th, Prestige Imports hosted our second annual Winter Driving Event. Once again, the event was held on the slippery surface of Georgetown Lake in Georgetown, CO. We had a great turn-out for both days of driving. Saturday was dedicated to getting Prestige Imports customers out on the ice, and Sunday was pretty evenly split between customers and Prestige Imports employees. On both days, breakfast and lunch were served at The Alpine Restaurant and Bar, and a morning classroom training session inspired everyone to push their driving skills and learn the low traction handling limits of their vehicles. In addition to driving their own cars, Winter Driving Event participants had the opportunity to drive a number of Prestige Imports vehicles including a Porsche Panamera, Porsche Cayenne, Porsche Cayenne Diesel, Audi A4, Audi allroad, and a few Audi Q5's. These vehicles were very popular and spent the whole day out on the ice.

Instruction and logistical support for the event were provided by Qclub North America. Their personable and highly trained instructors were available to accompany drivers out on the course, and monitored everyone's progress, ensuring a weekend of safe and enjoyable driver training. Each day's morning session was used to build a level of comfort and acquaint drivers with the challenges of driving on the extremely slick surface of the ice. The afternoon sessions allowed for more complicated courses that enabled drivers to really improve their skills and push their vehicles to the limit. As the day wound down, drivers were still putting the cars through their paces until darkness started to set in. All in all, the event was a great success, and we are really looking forward to putting it on again next year.

A Couple Enjoying Life, Love, and Audi Cars Dan and Vaniece Sinawski both share a passion for each other, Colorado, travel and their Audis. Dan, a Vietnam era Air Force veteran was drawn to Colorado 37 years ago because of his devotion to ski patrolling, which he spent 20 years doing both professionally and as a volunteer. He served as a Law Enforcement Coordinator, working with Colorado’s Chiefs, Sheriffs and District Attorneys. Eventually he started his own criminal justice consulting company, Dynamic Enterprise Services. Vaniece, a relative newcomer to the state, arrived 1 0 years ago after she and Dan got married. Her career as a model evolved into becoming a professional cosmetologist and a merchandise buyer for a clothing boutique, which took her around the world. Today, they each pursue individual interests. She, gourmet cooking and he, a love of Scuba diving in which he received his Masters certification after being involved with the sport for just one year. The couple has owned more than 1 0 brand named vehicles over the years, always searching for the "right brand". Four years ago, Dan stopped into the Prestige Imports showroom, just to "look." It was on a snowy day in January and Dan was just passing by with “a little time to kill.” He explained to Adam Moore that he was not in the market and was truly just looking. According to Dan, Adam graciously offered to answer any questions and without pressure suggested that Dan go for a quick ride in a 2005 A8L and that's all it took - today, Dan is enjoying a 201 2 A8L, his third, and Vaniece just traded her A8L for a 201 3 Q5 which she raves about every time she gets behind the wheel.

The couple loves to travel, enjoying foreign cultures and lands. They also enjoy the relaxation of sea cruises. A favorite annual junket is to their favorite resort in Cozumel, Mexico where Vaniece just kicks back and Dan scuba-dives. Ironically, they don't take many road trips but when they do they claim to experience an almost homey feeling because of the comfort and technology that surrounds them in their vehicles. In Dan’s words, “All the many other brands and dealerships are permanently behind us” and they feel that they have finally found the perfect match with Audi. They also state that they experience a genuine feeling of friendship with many of the employees whenever they are at the dealership. In fact, Dan stops in often, just for the coffee and donuts. He says it's a carryover from his days in law enforcement.

I get a lot of joy from driving. It's my therapy!

Here we interview R.J., a new Audi customer that purchased his 2013 allroad just this last fall and who has become something of a fixture at our events and on our social media pages...

What made you choose the Audi allroad as your next vehicle? I was the owner of a VW Sportwagen TDI as my daily driver. My wife drives our VW Touareg. At the time we only had one child so the Sportwagen worked out for what we needed. Then our second child arrived and all of a sudden the backseat of the Sportwagen got very small and the car seat for the newborn just didn't fit.

from Audi. Having the chance to spend the weekend with the car was really the opportunity to see if this car would fit into our family and from that point it was a done deal. Not only did our little girl's car seat fit with the front seats in a good spot for driving... but having Quattro, xenon headlights and all of the other features made the allroad a perfect fit. Room, all-weather capability and decent fuel-economy (especially coming from a TDI) made the allroad the vehicle for us. Stacie Davis put up with all of my insanity during the ordering process. Delivery was crazy fun.

What do you like to do in your free time and how does the allroad fit into your lifestyle?

In late 2011 I started reading about Audi possibly bringing the A4 allroad to the United States and loved the look of the '1 3 facelift that was done.

I like to drive!!! Whether it's just a highway drive around town to an actual road trip out of town.... I get a lot of joy from driving. It's my therapy!

In late January 201 2 Prestige Imports got its hands on a Euro-spec allroad for customer test drives and from the very first day I walked through the door everyone treated me like I have been a lifelong customer despite never having owned an Audi before or purchasing from Prestige Imports. My friend Rob has been a Prestige Imports customer for several years and he and I both test drove the allroadOchanging Stacie Davis’ life forever!!!!

I also spend a lot of time with my kids. They won't be this age forever and one day I may be in a nursing home... so a lot of time invested on the front end will hopefully pay off on that back end. After all... these kids may be deciding which "home" I live in! :)

Not only did Stacie let us give the Euro-allroad the test.... she was able to arrange a weekend long test drive of an allroad once Prestige received its demo car

Two weeks after taking delivery of my allroad my buddy Rob and I decided we would take our boys (mine was five, his is four) on a Dude's Fall Colors Road Trip in the Colorado Mountains. We loaded up and headed out to see the aspens and other trees turning colors. My son can get a bit car sick if I'm a little too aggressive when carving up twisty mountain

roads... so I told him to make sure he warned me if his stomach was feeling a little iffy during the road trip. My son and his pal decided on the trip to have a "water chugging contest" and they both nearly wiped out 8-ounce bottles within a couple of minutes. A short time later my son told me his stomach was upset and wham! about two-seconds later all hell broke loose in the back seat. My first thought was "holy crap!" We stopped as quickly as we could. My kiddo was fine, a little upset. Then it was time to frantically get that back seat cleaned up to maintain that "new car smell." Thankfully we were next to a river and that came in very handy, I’ll spare you the nasty details. At the beginning of November, I decided to surprise my son with a birthday road trip to Las Vegas. He's really into military jets and so I thought taking him to Aviation Nation at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas would be right up his alley. The drive to Las Vegas turned out to be a textbook test of the allroad's

abilities. We hit high winds, approximately 70mph according to weather reports. We drove into two sand storms and were hammered by heavy rains a couple of times that left parts of I-70 in Utah looking like a lake. We then were blanketed by fog near Richfield, Utah and eventually a snow storm to round it all out. By the time we got to St. George, Utah the clouds broke, the sun came out and our “guy's weekend” in Vegas turned out to be a blast! The drive home was much calmer.

What kind of work do you do and does the allroad play any role in your career? I work for a television news network as a Regional Assignment Editor. It's my job to know what's going on in the western part of the United States and make sure we have video and information, especially in breaking

news situations. My allroad gets me to work when the weather doesn't want to cooperate. My job requires me to be there even if Old Man Winter does not so the allroad gets that job done without me spending my life at the gas station.

Have you ever attended one of Prestige Imports’ events? What did you enjoy most about it? Yes...Oktoberfest! If I need to explain...you haven't attended! I also recently attended ice driving: I can't even begin to describe how much fun that was!!! Not only do you get to lose control off your vehicle without smashing it to bits, we learned things to help prevent losing control all together. The instructors were really helpful. I got some great advice on how to drive my allroad and get around the tractrion control system when it becomes a bit intrusive --- when you don't want it to be.

It's quite impressive to have Prestige organize this event and even bring along other vehicles to "test 'em out" on the ice. Bottom line: it was an incredibly fun day...and you learned something to boot!

Meet The Customer Care Department Here at Prestige Imports we take customer service very seriously. Our Customer Care Department reports directly to the General Manager and helps to ensure that every interaction runs smoothly and efficiently. Whether you are scheduling a service, enquiring about a new vehicle, or reading a story on our Facebook page, these are the friendly faces behind that communication.

Heather Pridemore - Customer Care Manager Hello! My name is Heather and I am the Customer Care Manager for Prestige Imports. I started with the dealership about 3 years ago as a Customer Care Representative and have grown into my current position. I am a transplant to Denver. I was born and raised near Tampa, Florida and prior to moving to Colorado spent time living in Toronto, Ontario and Rochester, New York. A majority of my education focused on Art and Museum work but I put myself through school working in Customer Service. I consider myself a people person which makes my current position at Prestige Imports a perfect fit. My main responsibility is managing and supporting the Customer Care Staff, but each day brings new and exciting challenges and I am always doing different things. One of my favorite tasks is photographing all the dogs that come to visit the dealership. I am a huge dog lover and have two large fur babies of my own at home. It’s always a pleasure to meet our four legged customers and their owners.

Jason Noffsinger - Web Designer | Photographer I have been working in the photography and design field since I was a junior in high school. I went to photography school in the mid-nineties and worked as the studio manager for a photographer in New York in the late-nineties. Upon returning to Colorado, I went back to school for web-design and then spent nine years as the in-house photographer and digital image manager for a large corporation in Broomfield. At Prestige Imports, I handle a number of marketing related tasks including print and web design, social media and website content management, and photography. It is really exciting to be working in a creative field with a diverse range of responsibilities and to be engaged with some of the most beautiful automobiles in the world and the people who are passionate about them.

Being a country girl, outside of work I love being outdoors camping, hunting and fishing (during season, of course) and being surrounded by music. I grew up around cars, watching my dad transform his '85 Corvette from a regular white coupe into one of the top show sportscars in the nation, "The General." My friends and I often go out on backroads and tracks to practice car tricks (including drifting, 1 80 flips, and reverse slides).
