Tenants Move-In Your property consultant will assist you with preparing your property for tenants. From instruction manuals to supplying keys and deposit arrangements we will guide you throughout the moving process.

Utilities Prior to the Tenants moving in, we work with various suppliers to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the hand over of utility bills to tenants. In almost all cases the Tenant has to pay gas, electricity, telephone, water and local authority council tax.

Check-In/Out & Inventory We will arrange to be at the property when the tenants move in and move out with our Check-In and Check-Out services. We will arrange for an Inventory document to be prepared on your behalf; this records the general condition of the property at the start of the tenancy. At the end of the tenancy should there be a dispute over the condition of the property, the Inventory could be used as evidence for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

At the end of the tenancy/renewal Towards the end of the Let, we will discuss with you whether you wish to renew the Tenancy or Relet the property and if so, on what terms. We will arrange the necessary formalities with you i.e. signing of new agreements and finding new tenants as required, minimising any rental voids between occupancy.
