Job Purpose: Responsible for recruitment strategies to proactively attract, recruit, source, interview and select candidates with the right talent based on defined skill sets. Achieves staffing objectives by establishing external referral relationships, utilizing strategic sourcing methodology in order to pursue the best active and passive candidates and working closely with internal Recruiting team. Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and recruiting leads. Position Duties: Conduct searches using various applications to source best qualified potential talent. Develop and execute creative sourcing plans. Ability to network effectively. Manage complete recruiting process including; reference checks, background checks, extending offers, salary negotiations, etc. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media sources, and employee referrals. Prepare and maintain employment records and referral info in MSP as appropriate. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. Meet monthly Recruiting quotas while tracking individual metrics in the Recruiting Process. Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for any one job requisition or job description. Work well with other Recruiting team members including providing feedback to Recruiting Assistant, Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Specialist. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required with 5-15 years of Recruiting experience (agency experience desired). Excellent at knowing how to source and identify candidates using non-fee sources for open positions within assigned business areas. Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using web-based applicant tracking systems. Must be able to build strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels in an organization. Must be effective at working in a team environment as well as independently. Must be strong at working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, where priorities are constantly changing. Strong organization skills. Must be flexible, adaptable, consultative, and have ability to gain respect/confidence from others quickly. Diplomatic and culturally sensitive.
