PLACING AN ORDER Please email us on wholesale@prettypaper.com and notify us which items, SKU number and quantity you would like to order. All opening orders must be minimum €100. Minimum reorders are €50. All holiday cards have a minimum order value at €20. We apply prepayment for all new clients on their first order. Net 10–30 terms are available to existing and established customers.
EXCHANGES Exchanges must be sent within 7 business days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. RETURNS In the case of damaged, defective or incorrect product please notify us within 7 business days of receipt of goods and we’re happy to send replacements. Please check all orders thoroughly upon delivery.
TURNAROUND TIME AND SHIPPING Our typical turnaround time is 10–15 business days. All our orders are shipped from our studio in Stockholm. Holiday orders ship by a specified date each season. All shipping costs will be included on your final invoice. Please contact us regarding your delivery date. Pretty Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays. All customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the retailer. D I S P L AY A N D PA C K A G I N G All our goods must be sold in their original packaging, with the plastic cover. Card sets cannot be broken up and sold as singles. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
BACK ORDERS Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back–ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. M AT E R I A L S We are proud to make the most of our goods in Sweden. All our products are printed on 100% FSC-certified paper and all our pads and books are printed at an Estonian printing house, certified with the Nordic Ecolabel ”Svanen”. PRESS If you receive press for your store or if you are posting something on social media using our products, we would be very glad if you credit “Pretty Paper”/ @prettypaper for the items used. We would also very much appreciate if you notify us.
C A N C E L L AT I O N S Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order.
