REACHING THE HEAVENS

The Sky Tower complex encompasses a podium building, which houses the shopping mall, and two residential and office buildings. Their total usable surface area exceeds 171,000 m².
Used in the construction of Sky Tower were 30,000 tons of steel, and it has been covered with 4 hectares of glass.

Apa rt m ent s Apartments at the Sky Tower complex are divided into four groups. Each of these is adapted to the needs of demanding consumers.
Cirrus These are the 13 most exclusive and prestigious penthouses, located in the upper part of the tower building. Spreading from their windows will be a breathtaking panorama of the capital of Lower Silesia. Apartments of a surface area ranging from c. 53 to c. 222 m² will be arranged on the 47th and 48th storeys, rising over 180 metres above the ground. This is a proposition for individualists valuing the highest quality of life.
Stratus This is a group of 171 multi-room and studio-type apartments of a surface area ranging from c. 51 to c. 104 m². They are situated between the 28th and 46th storeys of the tower building, guaranteeing an outstanding view and astounding comfort.
Cumulus This is a family of nine multi-room apartments situated in the building accompanying the tower. The occupants of each of these will, aside from the living space, have at their disposal their own spacious terrace, this comfortably able to fill in for a garden. The surface areas of the apartments, terrace included, occupy a range running from c. 106 to c. 214 m² (terrace surface area ranges from 36 to 60 m²). These apartments will be found on the 11th to 19th storeys.
Nimbus These are 43 apartments of a surface area ranging from c. 46 to c. 105 m² located between the 11th and 17th levels in the building accompanying the tower. An abundance of variants and considerable flexibility in arrangement will allow them to match the expectations of even the most discriminating of customers.

Sky Tower is one of the most technologically advanced buildings in Poland. Residents and guests have at their disposal 38 lifts, including six fast, moving at a speed of five metres a second. The temperature in every room may be modified to suit the needs of the owner, while it will also be possible to install internal blinds adjusted from an apartment control panel. The panoramic windows are fitted with an intelligent closing mechanism activated automatically when weather conditions begin to deteriorate. The building will also be fitted with an advanced security system composed of fire, monitoring and access control systems.
