Hsiao Chin (1935) è un maestro della pittura astratta. La sua arte combina elementi della cultura e della spiritualità orientale a una profonda conoscenza dell’arte dell’occidente. I suoi lavori sono stati presentati in diverse istituzioni e musei, tra i quali il National Art Museum of China in Beijing, lo Zhongshan Museum of Art, il Guangdong Museum of Art, lo Shanghai Art Museum, il Liege Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, in Belgio. A ottobre 2015 il National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, di Taichung, Taiwan, ha inaugurato la sua ultima retrospettiva personale.

Hsiao Chin (born in 1935) is a master of abstract painting. His art combines elements of Eastern culture and spirituality with a deep knowledge of Western art. His works has been shown in variuos institutions and museums, among the others the National Art Museum of China in Beijing, Zhongshan Museum of Art, Guangdong Museum of Art, Shanghai Art Museum, Liege Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Belgium. On October 2015 the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, in Taichung, Taiwan, inaugurated his retrospective solo exhibition.
