THE SOCKS REVOLUTION The foot is the support point on which bears the entire weight of the body. Made up of 26 bones, 33 joints and 20 muscles, it is a unique masterpiece of architecture, as well as cornerstone of human biomechanics. The sock 931 has been realised studying the movement of the foot in phase of swing. In this phase the foot is more stressed inside the shoe to compensate the rapid rotation of the body. here are specific amortised zones where the foot gets violently in touch with the shoe and beside them there are areas of transpiration. In particularly in the plantar arch area we have created a sort of “cradle” for the arch ligament that allows to shift the weight (in phase of push) from the heel to the toe in a quickly, efficient and above all “painless” way. The ankle band allows to continue to do sport also when the ligaments of the ankle are weakened by the overuse or by sprains.
