It’s with great pleasure that I welcome industry to join us at the 2025 No-Dig Down Under conference and exhibition, following on from another hugely successful event in Brisbane in 2023.

As is customary, we continue the rotation between cities and the 2025 main event will be hosted at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from the 17-18 September 2025, with shoulder events such as the ASTT Training Courses and Welcome Reception to be held on Tuesday 16 September 2025.

We continue to look at ways to innovate the event, add value and live up to our mission of growing the trenchless technology industry and will announce some exciting new features ahead of the 2025 instalment.

With a sold out exhibitions in 2022 and 2023, No-Dig Down Under 2025 will offer a larger exhibition footprint for the third consecutive year and is expected to once again sell out, while the social program, which saw unprecedented attendance growth is set to return and will feature a major networking event and the ASTT Gala Awards.

ABOUT THE ASTT

The Australasian Society for trenchless technology (ASTT) is a member of the International Society for Trenchless Technology (ISTT) and is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes the science and practice of Trenchless Technology for the benefit of society. The ASTT also provides a public forum for interchange of knowledge and skills within Australia and New Zealand, and throughout the world.

Membership is open to all who are concerned with the provision, installation and maintenance of gas, water, sewerage, drainage, roads, telecommunications and electrical services.

The main objectives of the ASTT are:

• To advance the science and practice of trenchless technology for the public benefit.

• To provide a forum in Australasia for interchange of multi-disciplinary knowledge and skills in the field of trenchless technology.

• To encourage the interchange of specialists in trenchless technology within Australia, New Zealand and overseas.

• To liaise and establish affiliations with related organisations, within Australia, New Zealand and overseas.

• To inform and advise the public and government on matters concerned with trenchless technology.

• To encourage education, training and research.
