Terms of the Flush Option: Buyer will pay 50% of hammer price sale day with the balance due upon completion of the flush. The buyer is guaranteed no less than six (6) transferable embryos and three 90-day pregnancies. Should the flush produce in excess of 15 embryos those embryos over 15 will be split between buyer and seller. Buyer is responsible for flush and semen expense associated with their share of the recovered embryos. Each of the donors is open and may be flushed after the auction.
