InthepromiseofGod’sloveandmercy,wetakeanhonestmomentto considerourseparation,thedistancebetweenus,andthelongingwehaveto unity.Letusjointogetheraswepray.

HolyandlovingGod,inJesus’lifeanddeath,heunifiedusasonefamily.Yet asmanyfamiliesfind,wedonotloveeachotherasyouteachusto.We confessthatwearelonelyandisolated.Weconfessthatwearepeoplewho arewoundedandalsowhowoundothers.Weconfessthatweareafraidof manythings.Andinourfear,weclingtothingsthatpreventusandothers fromlivingintothefullnessoflife.Forgiveusandhealus,Godoflove.
