Creating strong and beautiful brands is a passion of mine. I love working with other creative entrepreneurs to build a brand that truly represents them and is one that they love. A brand is so much more than the colors and design. It is more than a logo. It goes much deeper. Each and every detail should be distinctly you. Investing in great design will separate you from others, create a professional visual presence, and maintain consistency across all platforms of your business. As a brand + web designer for 5 years, I have the education and experience to provide you with a visual representation of your business and brand. I design all websites using Squarespace so that you have an easy to use content management system that allows you to be able to update your own website. All websites are based on templates, but designed to be a custom reflection of your brand. With this package, I will create a custom branded website design based on a template design available in either Squarespace or Wordpress.

THE PROCESS Working with a designer remotely on something so important and vital to your business can be a scary thing. But my goal is to make you feel totally comfortable and confident with leaving your brand in my hands. Here is what it looks like for us to work together.
CLIENT HOMEWORK + STRATEGY SESSION
Once you book your service, I will send you a client questionnaire that will address your vision, mission and ideal client. I will also ask you to start a Pinterest board for branding inspiration to make sure we are on the same page visually. These two things are there to help both of us develop the core of your brand design. At the start of your project, we will meet via video chat to discuss your project and work out the details.
THE IN S P I R A T I O N
Now the real fun begins! Once I have all the details, I start by putting together an inspiration board including images, colors, and textures that represent your brand and vision. This is so that we have a visual of the overall color, textures, and feel of your brand vision to use as a guide in the design process.
THE D E S I G N CO N CEPTS
The next step for me is to start designing. I usually like to set aside a couple of hours for initial design concepts. Usually by this point, I have a good idea in mind for logo design concepts, and this is where I bring those ideas to life for you. After I create the initial concepts, I step away for a day or two and let them soak in. Then I can come back to it with a fresh set of eyes and finish tweaking, cleaning, and finalizing the designs before sending to you for your first look. Most clients will then narrow it down to one or two logo options and we will work on tweaking the design more until it is perfect!

After the logo design is finalized, I create your brand guidelines, secondary logos, and other design elements. I will also apply your new design to branded stationery items like business cards, note cards, etc. Since most of my work takes place on the computer, I then save all the files types for your designs and prepare the brand elements to send to you or to order printed materials for your branding.

At this time, we begin work on your website design (if you choose this package). We work together to create a cohesive branded online presence, ideal website flow, and great user experience for your website.

Now that we have spent a couple of weeks working hard to create a beautiful and authentic brand for you, it is time to celebrate! This is a big deal, so I will help you celebrate your new brand by highlighting the new design on my website and social media and encourage you to do the same with your followers.

F.A.Q HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Brand + web design packages start at $800 and can go up to $4000 based on your specific needs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? Basic brand designs take approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Complete brand projects (brand/ print/web) typically take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. All time estimates are dependent upon the individual project, number/complexity of revisions, client response timeliness, and my current booking schedule. A detailed schedule with estimated milestones will be given to each client upon project start.
I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO DESIGNED, CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU? Absolutely! If you already have a strong brand established, there are many ways we can work together to continue building your brand. If you have a logo but need a website redesign for better customer/client experience, I can help. If you need a look book, ebook, or any other kind of book designed, I do that too. Whatever your design needs, we can work together to create cohesive branded materials for you. Email me and tell me all about your design project needs so we can get started. DO YOU OFFER A LA CARTE OPTIONS FOR BRAND AND WEBSITE DESIGN?
DO YOU WORK WITH WEBSITE PLATFORMS OTHER THAN SQUARESPACE? Not at this time. I highly recommend Squarespace to all of my clients, and I use it for my own website. The features, access, and ease of use have me sold on this platform for now. If you have a question about your specific website platform or switching to Squarespace, please feel free to contact me and I will help answer your questions. HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS? I will send you a direct invoice via Wave for payment. You can pay with a credit card online. For starter branding packages, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. For standard and complete branding packages, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining balance is split into 2 payments due before final logo files are delivered and before final website is launched. I offer additional payment plans by request.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTING SERVICES FOR MY BRAND COLLATERAL? Absolutely! I can help you with printing and production of any of your newly designed brand collateral items. Printing is quoted per request and is billed separately from your brand design project.
Yes! In addition to the branding packages, we can also work together to design single brand elements to complete your brand. I will work with your existing logo and brand design to create a cohesive design for you.

THE FINE PRINT
All pricing and project details are subject to change. This informational sheet is a quote only and services are not limited to the list above. Any additional revisions not included in the original package are billed separately at our hourly rate of $75. Payment for packages and projects are split into two parts, half being paid prior to project start and the final half is paid before any final files are delivered to client/website is launched {other payment plans available}. The first payment is due upon contract signing and required to hold your spot in the queue (non-refundable. Please note that I ask all clients to stay on time with their responses, feedback and client responsibilities such as completed questionnaires, website content, images, etc. Any delays from the client may result in project push backs and additional charges. Your domain name as well as hosting and email services must be purchased by you, the client. All website content + images are required to be provided prior to site design. Any delays to the submission of this information will cause your project to be delayed and, in some cases, may result in additional charges.
