Online Ordering
In order to provide you with our fastest turnaround time and to minimize errors, place your orders online using our live typesetter at use your assigned username and password.) Please call customer service for more information about online ordering.
Changes or Cancellations
There is a $5.00 net fee for making a change to an order. The fee may be waived if the order has not yet entered the invoicing process. If the order has been printed, you will be billed the full amount of the order. Changing an order while in process may increase our processing time.
Combined Orders
Errors
We do not accept orders from multiple customers on the same order form, as this can cause confusion or mistakes in a customer’s order.
Should we make a mistake, we will reprint and reship your order via the same shipping method originally selected at no additional charge. If the dealer or customer is responsible for the error, we will reprint the order and apply a 25% discount. Most orders with an error are reprinted and shipped within one business day.
Standard Processing
Our standard processing on orders is 3-5 business days from the time we receive your order and photo. For example, an order placed anytime on Monday will normally ship the following Thursday, Friday or Monday.
Holiday Processing
Orders placed between November 1 and December 15 may take slightly longer than the standard 3-5 business days processing time due to holiday volume.
Photo Submission
The preferred method for submitting photos is to place your order through our online ordering system. We REQUIRE all orders with an item containing more than one photo to be submitted through our online ordering system. your order, you must upload your photo to www.printswellphotos.com and submit your photo there. Please do not email photos (many email services shrink the resolution of photos to make the file smaller causing poor quality photos). For best photo quality, images should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch). (Please note that the photo areas on some of our cards contain various sizes and orientations that may not perfectly fit your photo.)
