Return address imprinting on your envelopes is available for all products except enclosure card size products. Your imprint typeface is chosen from our library to match your invitations or notes. Return addresses are printed in a complementary ink color.

If you’d like to address your envelopes early, you may request that the envelopes be sent ahead. For just $4.00 plus shipping, in addition to your paid invitation order, we’ll ship the envelopes to you for addressing.

Online Ordering

In order to provide you with our fastest turnaround time and to minimize errors, place your orders online using our live typesetter at www.printswell.com. (Dealers, be sure to use your assigned username and password.) Please call customer service for more information about online ordering.

Changes or Cancellations

There is a $5.00 net fee for making a change to an order. The fee may be waived if the order has not yet entered the invoicing process. If the order has been printed, you will be billed the full amount of the order. Changing an order while in process may increase our processing time.

Combined Orders

We do not accept orders from multiple customers on the same order form, as this can cause confusion or mistakes in a customer’s order.

Errors

Should we make a mistake, we will reprint and reship your order via the same shipping method originally selected at no additional charge. If the dealer or customer is responsible for the error, we will reprint the order and apply a 25% discount. Most orders with an error are reprinted and shipped within one business day.

Standard Processing

Our standard processing on orders is 3-5 business days from the time we receive your order and photo. For example, an order placed anytime on Monday will normally ship the following Thursday, Friday or Monday.

Holiday Processing

Orders placed between November 1 and December 15 may take slightly longer than the standard 3-5 business days processing time due to holiday volume.

Photo Submission

The preferred method for submitting photos is to place your order through our online ordering system. We REQUIRE all orders with an item containing more than one photo to be submitted through our online ordering system. If you fax your order, you must upload your photo to www. printswellphotos.com and submit your photo there. Please do not email photos (many email services shrink the resolution of photos to make the file smaller causing poor quality photos). For best photo quality, images should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch). (Please note that the photo areas on some of our cards contain various sizes and orientations that may not perfectly ﬁt your photo.)

Photo Retouching

Basic photo processing, including color correction, sharpness, red-eye correction, and black and white or sepia tone effects, are included at no additional charge. Premium photo retouching, including the artistic removal of unwanted marks or objects, is available for $25 and up per photo (please call for a custom quote).

We require a proof for orders of all items using non-English text and for orders that include any special requests. Orders of 300 or more of a single item require a courtesy proof.

ORDERS PLACED ONLINE - There are no proof charges when using our online prooﬁ ng tool (not yet available on all products). Proofs that we typeset are $8 net per item. When using the typesetter tool, you can view and approve a live proof before submitting your order. Additional proofs are $8 each.

For FAXED ORDERS , all proofs are $8.00 net per item. Each proof is created by our typesetting staff and emailed or faxed to the dealer or customer within 1-3 business days of order submission. Typically, orders will then ship within 1-2 business days of proof approval. Proofs must be approved by the customer prior to an order being printed. Order delays due to awaiting proof approval are not included in our processing time estimates. If a customer approves a proof that contains an error, we consider that error to be the responsibility of the customer. For this reason we encourage customers to review their proofs thoroughly prior to approval.

Re-orders

Proofs Re-orders are available should you need an additional quantity. Simply use the order number on your invoice when re-ordering. If you have any changes from your original order other than quantity, you should place a new order, as re-orders are simply printed without additional prooﬁng or correction.

Rush Printing

We offer a 2 Day Rush Service for an additional charge of $12.00 net PER PRINTED ITEM. During November and December the charge is $25.00 net PER PRINTED ITEM. For example, an order placed anytime on Monday will ship on Wednesday (2 business days). Rushes for photo card items are available ONLY for orders submitted through our online ordering system.

Shipping

We offer Mail, Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and 1-Day shipping for all destinations in the continental United States via FedEx and UPS. Please note that orders over $100 cannot be shipped to post ofﬁce boxes - please provide a street address. (Orders to Canada, Puerto Rico and international orders will be shipped by International Mail.)
