Have You Google Mapped "Church" Lately? by Jere Mahaffey Looking for ways to expand your church’s horizons in the new year? One answer could be closer than you think, maybe even just around the corner. A natural partnership for growth, worship, and impacting your community is waiting for you at other local churches. If you’re a pastor, invite other local pastors to lunch or coffee. Have joint-worship services by inviting your church community to visit a partnering church, and vice versa. Follow the services with lunch and group discussions about how your churches can partner together with community projects. Too often churches get into the rut of staying within their own community. Let 2012 be a year to help your church community understand they are part of the universal church and the Kingdom of God.
