Educational Qualification: Applicants who have the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali are an essential qualification and other qualification criteria as shown below. Aspirants must have B.Sc. in concerned stream plus DOEACC `A’ passed or also have appropriate working experience (if required).

Age Criteria: Contestant must satisfy age criteria of the organization that is age should not more than 36 years and not less than 20 years. Relaxation to reserved category candidates will be provided as per the rules and regulations of the government.

Salary Structure: Selected candidate for WBPSC Recruitment will get pay scale of Rs. 9,000/- - Rs. 40,500/- per month with excellent Grade Pay and other allowances and benefits may also be provided as per the norms of the West Bengal Public Service Commission.

Process of Hiring: Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening test/ written test that will be conducted by the recruitment panel of the organization. To get final selection applicant needs to give their best performance to get recruited.
