Stay in touch with those who matter. Have you spoken to your family and friends yet? Let them know you’re safe and sound. There are so many free apps and services for 
 international communication. Make use of them!

Document your experience. Journal (even a few lines everyday works!) Record voice notes if you’re not too keen on writing. Record videos so that you can authentically express how you feel. Get out there and paint social media with your pictures and activities. Let the world know what it is be a Global Citizen.
Whatsapp or email your EP Manager / Buddy your content and we will have it published on our pages. This way, your story can inspire many young individuals to make a difference by being a Global Citizen.

Wear your values and traditions on your sleeve. Be hospitable! Share knowledge, efforts, wisdom, experiences, food and water. Be proud, but stay grounded. Listen before you speak. Speak with respect. Observe the differences, acknowledge them. Draw similarities, assess them. Stay curious!
