. . . . . . . . . . Dear Applicant, . . . . . . . . . . . . I started this journey with . 18 others.around the same time last year, I was confused . When . . . . . . . . about many things- Strategies, plans, drivers, focus areas and the team I am part of. The . inundating . question . of ‘How . can it. get better . than this?’ . has .always struck . a chord. with each . . one of us. AIESEC, is not just our organisation that we are a part of, its a feeling, an emotion I . believe .many of you. reading. this want . to live.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . all started this. journey .being lost, and I’m.glad we did. Why am I glad? .Because.being lost. . We . . . . actually helps find oneself and we must embrace it because it’s the beginning of doing it OUR . way..And after.all this, today . as AIESEC . in.India, we.are on the.threshold. of Going.Beyond.. . . Imagine.the possibility . of entering . .everything. that we.do at AIESEC . in India . around. People.. . People. matter..The power. does not. lie in .this awareness . but.by putting. that awareness . .into . Leadership after all the, is not a concept. In effect, it is about action. Now think of all . action. . . . . . . . . . . the times where you have witnessed Growth. Growth is our purpose. The mere will to grow changed so .much for .the world.. It is important however, to.note that, the ever.of growth . has . . . . . does not lie merely in the idea of it, but in its execution. . . . . . . . . . . . . The middle . ground . of these . two places. People . and.Growth .is beautiful.. When .they meet. here, the excellence of simplicity is realised. To embody the simplicity of excellence, this is .our first step . and certainly, . your . first .step. On behalf . of MC. Veer and. the AIESEC . network, . all . . the very. best. Here’s . wishing . you luck. and most . importantly, . an.opportunity . to Go Beyond. . . .Love and.trust always, . . . . . . . . . . Akshay. P Nambiar . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . APPLICATIONS . . . | .CANDIDATES . . Society Knowledge A broad knowledge of global, national and local systems, current trends and issues facing society and cultural issues is required to ensure that the Member Committee can be a proactive facilitator of direction - one of it’s primary roles - and also maintain relevance of AIESEC’s activities at all times. Understanding of the diversity that India as a country possesses is a skill favourably looked upon - as ‘one size fits all’ does not work in India.
.
.
.
.
.
. .
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Passion for the role & love for AIESEC! There is no truer example of 100% self-driven learning than when speaking about the Indian MC experience. You will be in a team of extremely competent people, constant traveling and extended moments of disconnectedness from the rest of the association. What drives you, as a person has to be aligned to your role, team and love for AIESEC!
.
.
.
The Right Attitude and Humility Being open minded, humble and flexible to working with new ideas & styles and finally resecting the values & integrity of what AIESEC stands for. Along with that, the right amount of humility will help you sail through the experiences.
. .
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Leadership Experiences beyond AIESEC Being passionate about pursuing leadership positions outside of AIESEC validates the kind of results we drive as an organisation. One needs to understand how important it is to have their best outside/after/ during their AIESEC terms as well.

YOUR . . . . PROFILE . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
.
.
.
.
.
Please read carefully, this information is very valuable and relevant & will be checked in the interviews. Being on the MC is one of the most rewarding as well as challenging team experiences you will find in AIESEC. Especially in India, with the amount of operations & the opportunities that come with it make it essential to be fully prepared for the team. While the members of the Member Committee come from diverse backgrounds and environments, several general characteristics, skills and knowledge is expected.
