My Contributions to the project
Development of the Furniture Floor Plan
Creation of realistic D renderings (Sketchup/ Enscape) of the Interior Spaces
Managing the specification and procurement of Interior Finishes
Generated precise and comprehensive working drawings that accurately conveyed the design intent
Designed in compliance with OSHPD regulations and guidelines
Thoroughly reviewed and verificated shop drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

02 / SHARP Memorial Hospital, San Diego
Efforts for expansion of Memorial Hospital, which includes the incorporation of new emergency and trauma units for better serve patient’s needs.
My Contributions to the project
Crafted detailed design development plans that mapped out the various aspects and phases of the project’s development
Utilized D rendering software (Sketchup and Enscape) to create detailed and accurate representations of the patient rooms, nurse stations, patient lobby, etc for the project
Developed precise working drawings (Revit) for floor plan, furniture placement, and finishes to enable effective execution of the project.

Our team worked on renovation of the Energy Control Center, which evolved a comprehensive approach towards design development.
My Contributions to the project
Created new floor plans using space planning techniques to optimize the use of available space and improve functionality
I was responsible for creating phasing plans in accordance with the new floor plan updates I utilized D renderings (Enscape) and mood boards (Indesign) to visually communicate the project scope and associated costs to clients in a clear and effective manner
Provided guidance and expertise in the selection of new furniture and finishes to ensure they align with the new design updates.
