Testo 350 Industrial Flue Gas Analyser The portable flue gas analyser testo 350 is the ideal tool for professional flue gas analysis and measures up to six different parameters like O2, CO, COlow, NO, NOlow, NO2, SO2, CO2, CxHy and H2S. Helpful instrument settings guide you safely through typical measurement tasks such as: n Flue gas analysis in commissioning, setting up, optimisation or operational measurements on industrial burners, stationary industrial engines, gas turbines and flue gas purification systems. n Control and monitoring of officially prescribed emission limits in exhaust gas. n Function testing of stationary emission measuring instruments. n Control and monitoring of defined gas atmospheres in furnace rooms or kilns in different processes.

The control unit is the operating and display unit of the Testo 350. It can be removed for portability and allows all settings to be completed. The presentation of the measurement values takes place via the large colour graphic display. Thanks to the internal memory, measurement data can be transferred from the analyser box to the control unit.

The advantages of the testo 350 control unit: n Operation of the analyser box and transfer of the measurement data even when the flue gas pipe and the adjustment site are separated, especially helpful for industrial burners, for example. n Measurement data can be transferred from the analyser box to the control unit. This means the analyser box can remain on site for further measurements, and the control unit can be taken away in order to process the data. The application-specific menu guides you through the menu and easy operation, without previous knowledge of the instrument, reduces work steps before the start of your measurements. The following measurement objects are available: n Burner n Gas turbine n Engines (Select  > 1 or  ≤ 1 regulated industrial engines) n User-defined

In measurements on unfamiliar systems, or under less than ideal operating conditions, unexpectedly high emission values (e.g. CO concentrations up to 50,000 ppm) can occur. In these cases, the measurement range extension is automatically activated allowing maximum sensor life. These data interfaces are selectable for easy communication and data transfer: n Bluetooth® 2.0 (up to 100 m without obstruction) n USB n Infrared interface for communication with the Testo Printer n Testo databus (up to 800m cable length) for the simultaneous operation of up to 16 analyser boxes. Flue Gas Analyser Servicing Flue gas analysers must be maintained in full working order and be calibrated every year in order to provide safe operation. At Testo we recognise that providing fast, efficient and cost effective servicing and calibration options are very important to our customers. For 2014 we are introducing two NEW options; Fixed Price Servicing and 5 Year Fixed Price Servicing.

Price Service option. This option includes service and calibration plus spare parts for years 1, 2 & 4 with the addition of replacement gas sensors at year 3. The recommended service can be agreed before the analyser is sent in, further shortening still further the turnaround time. In this way, Testo is able to return your analyser in full working order within just a few days.
