The 1984 Proctor Academy Varsity Football T e a m was an outstanding team. While w e had two heartbreaking losses in the closing seconds, our 5 wins were tremendous team efforts, culminating in the largest point spread against Holderness on record. W e worked very hard and were proud of our performance and sportsmanship both on and off the fields. W e had fun and the memories will stay with us throughout our lives. 880's, the rope, dawn patrol, 4th quarter, shattered clipboards, the big chips, cheerleading, high 5's, Scottie's T D , Parker's dirty face, Pfosi's bulldogging tackles, "get 'em up," "thumbs up," Peter, thanks guys, it's been super. 22

I spent m y childhood life S o m e where far away Lived with parents full of love and care Seven years later, I lost and died. Five years I spent my life in terrible place N o love, no care, and no school to learn Years passed by, no hope for life to start Where I was then, I lost and died. My life was undecided by God for five years I didn't know w h o I was and where, then In the middle of surviving regime, But luckily H e decided to let m e born again. No space up there for me! So H e sent m e back, M y life in the past full of memories, But, H e renews m y life again. Thank you God for more time The world of love and care are all over, A n d there are a lot of things to know and learn, So thank you for letting m e live again.

Roger Baker THE NEW RECRUIT
They called him Sinitty — short for fireman Smith, a warm regard for his fellow man, H e was something of a myth. A steady smile etched on his face and a heart as big as gold. The day this m a n was born they threw away the mold. His days and nights committed over ten years on the squad. And one helluva fireman at which he worked so hard. One night when pulling duty the bells came in at eight his rescue truck was soon in gear — like a horse at the gate. Arriving at the scene smoke bellowed into space. Reaching for his air pack he slid the mask onto his face. H e dashed for the structure where a little child was trapped soon to be missed by buddies, once the fire was capped. Knocking down a door, the search team found their brother. His lifeless body next to the child, close to one another. Soon it was discovered the heroic act had taken place, for Smitty used his mask to cover the breathing child's face. Both Stories are Original R.A.B. '84
The guys on our department were shocked beyond belief when a female m e m b e r was added — approved by the chief! She wasn't very friendly the first day on the scene. I'd call her d o w n right nasty — Just short of being mean. It's said our Chief is "macho"; he stepped in and took c o m m a n d . And soon this pretty lady was eating from his hand. T h e shock waves soon were over: our fears were swept away. She obeyed his every order, improving by the day. Attracted by her beauty he loved her from the start. They'd walk each night together and rarely would they part. She'd smother him with kisses and even nibble on his ear. Sat beside him on the pumper — never showing fear. He'd scratch her back, c o m b her hair, pinch her little nose. Their love just seemed to blossom; like petals on a rose. His intentions were most honorable, pride runneth from his cup. For the new recruit was fully trained — a new dalmation pup.

YOURSELF HAS NOT YET BEEN CANCELLED. YOU CAN STILL DO IT . . . A N D IT IS GOOD FOR YOU. IT IS ALSO GOOD FOR AMERICA. THE FORMULA FOR THE CONTROL OF A TOTALLY SUBMISSIVE WORKFORCE, AS IT IS BEING ADMINISTERED TODAY, IS A SHORTSIGHTED SOLUTION TO COMPLEX ANTHROPOMORPHIC PROBLEMS. UNIFORMITY IS NEITHER DESIRABLE NOR ENFORCEABLE AND, ESPECIALLY IN THE CASE OF A "FREE SOCIETY," IT IS NOTHING TO ASPIRE TO. There will never be another now — You'll make the most of today. There will never be another you — You'll make the most of yourself.
In the race to be better or best, forget not the joy of being. You shut the door on yesterday and threw the key away — Tomorrow has no fears for you since you have found today.
Congratulations Nicole
Don't trust the clouds — Trust the sunshine. Don't set your compass by lightning Set it by the stars. Don't trust the shadows Trust the sun. Believe in your dreams, have faith in your faith and trust in your hopes.
