Marketing Award

Which companies promote their operations in the most creative and original way? The QSi Award for Marketing aims to find out. The judges were looking for chauffeur, taxi or private hire operators, large or small, that make use of innovative or creative marketing and advertising across a range of media, and can show how this has improved their businesses.

Our Gold QSi Award winner only started to take shape during the pandemic. But through a programme of strategic acquisitions, Take Me Group has created a growing national presence – and key to that is building a recognisable brand. Though clever use of social media, and a strategic shift from local to national branding, Take Me is building a consistent brand identity without losing the local focus of the companies in the group.

Our Silver winner is Blacklane, a global giant that has taken a smart locally focused approach to improving awareness of its services in London. A combination of smart, informative films and strategic advertising, focusing on the London underground, has given a major boost to its growing presence.

The Bronze award goes to a regional chauffeur company that uses all the tools at its disposal to spread the word about its high-quality service. Hilton Ames Chauffeurs of Exeter uses includes social media, face-to-face meetings and an informative customer newsletter. The result of all this has been a trebling of business in the past year.
