1.5oz Wild Parallel 1oz Unfiltered Apple Cider (Musselmans) .5 Giffard Orgeat Syrup .75oz Lemon Juice, fresh .25oz Carrot Juice 3 Dash Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters 2oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer Rosemary Sprig Garnish
1. Add Wild Parallel Straight Bourbon Whiskey, unfiltered apple cider, carrot juice, lemon juice, Giffard Orgeat Syrup and bitters and ice to shaker tin. 2. Give it a really snazzy shake. 3. Fill your Collins glass with ice. 4. Strain into Collins glass. 5. Top with your favorite ginger beer and give a small stir. 6. Garnish with rosemary.
