Faith Cosgrove, LLB (Hons), CILEx, Trainee Costs Lawyer and Team Leader Faith joined A & M Bacon in March 2014. Having completed her A-Levels Faith went onto study Law at DeMontfort University in Leicester obtaining a 2:1 degree. She was active with mooting and debating throughout her degree and was Mistress of the Moots for two years. She went onto represent her University in various national competitions. After completing her degree Faith secured a place on the BPTC at Nottingham Trent University. After completion of the BPTC Faith secured a job in legal costs and has continued to work in the sector since. She has worked for several costs companies in and around London, predominantly focused on Defendant work, before relocating back to the Peterborough Area. Faith works as an advocate on Costs hearings and continues to deal with all manner of hearings from applications to CCMC’s and full detailed assessments, even representing clients on a Costs Appeals. She is now in her first year of the Costs Lawyer Course and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is hoping to become a Fellow in 2016. Hayley Moore, Trainee Costs Lawyer and Team Leader Hayley joined A&M in June 2012, after starting her career as an investigator into legal liability claims. She started with A&M as a Trainee Costs Lawyer / Legal Costs Consultant, having already had experience in legal costs. Hayley started her first year of the Association of Costs Lawyer course in September 2012 and has now successfully completed the first two years and is now currently working towards her third and final module. Hayley regularly attends training conferences for legal costs, civil and commercial litigation.
