Hello from John I was 21 when I became a real estate salesperson. In those days the industry was full of middle aged and old men. Even with the barriers of pimples and being naive to business, I earned twice as much in my first year than I had the year before as a rubbish man. It wasn’t long before I was earning as much as the prime minister, owned a little portfolio of investment properties and had lifestyle choices I never even dreamed about. Our business has been built to provide and support salespeople with the tools I needed and used to become a top salesperson. Our mission is about being a world class real estate team. This has inspired us to continually improve and embrace new technology, to work as a team and have full time trainers to help new salespeople become successful and older salespeople adapt to new and better ways of winning business. Community Involvement

We understand we are stronger as one and can make a real difference to peoples lives by working together. When our salespeople get involved the company will almost always support their event both financially and through marketing. Professionals, Redcoats Limited have been proud sponsors of the Child Cancer Foundation since 1994 and have raised over $4 million, with a donation being made after every sale. These funds have gone towards much needed facilities throughout New Zealand, contributing to The Family Place in Wellington and two Sunshine Lodge Holiday Homes in Taupo and Queenstown. In 2007 Professionals were awarded the prestigious More FM Social Hero Award for Youth Partnership by the Robin Hood Foundation. This award recognises our extensive association with and commitment to the Child Cancer Foundation. We look forward to continuing our support with a contribution from every property sale. Professionals are equally well known for their support of local events and causes with just a few of these being shown on the opposite page.
