PROFILODOMI Company Profile Profilodomi was founded in 2000 in Volos Greece. The director managers of Profilodomi have over 20 years experience in metal cold forming processes. Nowadays, Profilodomi has modern building facilities, a new efficient equipment with two production lines which gives the ability to supply to the customers multiple orders for its products. The company is situated near the first industrial area of Volos Greece a few kilometers away from the commercial port, the rail station and the E75 and E90 European routes. The company's values are based on the principles of reliability, consistency, economy and good cooperation. We want to develop and produce quality products that meet the highest standards. Fields of sales and constructions Profilodomi is a construction and commercial company. At the early 2000 until now, Profilodomi constructed hundreds of small and big projects of steel structure buildings with covers of polyurethane panels including constructions in industrial buildings and industrial refrigeration rooms and small houses. Profidomi has developed various kinds of mounting structures for residential roofs buildings, tile roofs, flat areas like terraces or even on the walls. There is a list with standard types for 1 to 3 panels portrait or landscape for standard inclination of 20°, 25°, 30 ° and 3 to 6 panels portrait with maximum height 2.5m. There is also a system with hooks for roof tiles. Furthermore, the components of the mounting system can be joined in many different combinations. This gives the advantage to create customized mounting structures suitable for almost any roof or terrace for different inclination or minimum and maximum height according to customer's demands. Profilodomi has full range of standard structures but also the customized structures can be designed and supplied on demand. Industrial Roofs
The system PD.2S.PL is developed for industrial roofs with isolated panel or steel sheets. The system for industrial buildings holds the rails of the mounting structures directly from the building components (building structure or purlins) making a safety and strong anchoring between the structures of solar system and the building structure.

Profilodomi Clamps are made of stainless steel and they secure the solar panel on the structure. Furthermore the plastic flange under the panel prevents the panel from contacting the galvanized structure.

CABLE TRAYS AND ACCESSORIES
PROFILODOMI produces and supplies cable trays and their accessories. Cable trays are produced in 7 different side (lateral) heights: 35, 50, 60, 75, 84, 100 & 110 mm Also there is a full range of accessories (horizontal & vertical angles 45 째 & 90 째. Crosses, tees, contractions, etc.) Our technical support, detailed drawings and quality certifications give a significant advantage in the installation. Three types of cable trays: A, B, C are supplied for every installation requirement. TYPE A extrusion 1mm On the basis of the cable tray, the extrusion is 1mm, which protects cables during installation and helps them to slip over. The cable trays with the extrusion hole at their basis have a greater rigidity in both width and length. The profile of the cable tray is designed in combination with the placement of the cover to provide better rigidity at the top of both sides.

TYPE B reinforcements for bigger rigidity The basis of cable trays is shaped with reinforcements for bigger rigidity along of cable Tray. The number of the reinforcements in the Basis depends of the width of the cable trays. Reinforcements can be replaced with holes 7x25mm for better ventilation of cables, made-to-order The profile of cable trays is designed to provide better rigidity at the top of the both sides, in combination with the right placement of the Cover of the cable trays. Cable trays and accessories can be Manufactured with literal height, width & thickness different than typical, made-to-order.
