The range of land price varies as per sq ft and price of house vary as per number of bed rooms simultaneously which is predetermined. They face some difficulties to calculate price when the customers buy both or only one property. So the sales manager wants a system that would capable to calculate approximate price of lands and house in correct manager. This system is develop using the java console program using the “Net beans” IDE. We have to design and code a java program which has capable to perform all the operation as per the need of sales manager. Any assumptions you have made I have assumed that there is data file exist, named “LandData.txt” with some sample records stored in it. You can change the file location in the main method, where the file name is specified. The data is stored in the file as using standard format to separated values and one record per line.

Conclusion The sales manger wants a system to be developed that can capable to calculate approximate price of land and house correctly and easily for anyone. We have successfully design and write a code in java console program with the help of Net Beans as per the requirement of sales manager. The new developed system is capable to calculate the separate price as well as approximate price of the land and house. It shows property detail, when it is being load but when a file is missing then it generates an error message. This system is more user friendly as a customer can search for a property as per category, address and land size and no of bed, but if the customer enters number of bedrooms 0 then this system shows detail of land only. The code for this system is written using comments lines so if sales manger wish to enlarge their system then the group members didn’t faces any confusion.
