About Programmed Turnpoint Programmed Turnpoint is a leading provider of construction and maintenance services to the Golf and Horse Racing Industries in Australia and the Pacific Region.
In 2002, the Turnpoint company was established and brought with it a new era of expertise and professionalism to golf course construction and maintenance. Since then, we have worked with renowned golf course designers, clubs and developers to deliver world class golf facilities in Australia and overseas. Our positive impact on the golf course industry soon attracted the attention of other turf-related industries, and we were enlisted to transpose our knowledge and proficiency from golf courses to that of race courses, such as that of Randwick and Warwick Farm in New South Wales. In 2012, Turnpoint became part of the Programmed Group and a business unit within its Property Services division.

Golf Course Maintenance Astute maintenance gives you greater control and ability so you always showcase a world-class golf course. Work with a partner whose maintenance expertise will deliver the highest possible standards for playability and presentation.
Golf courses are anything but static. They change over time and evolve with use. A planned programme for maintenance will ensure your course is in exceptional condition all year round. In consideration of the nature of your facility, maintenance is scheduled around seasons, weather and events. These promote peak growth, capitalise on climate conditions and mitigate the impact of footfall or traffic on course features during key events such as race days.
Equipment Bolstering this is a broad inventory of equipment. We purchase equipment specifically allocated to your course for daily maintenance and provide you ready access to an expanded range of equipment that we maintain for specialist projects. National-Scale Operations
Capability and Expertise Your golf course will benefit from the expert capabilities we bring as professional golf maintenance specialists. Our team has worked on golf courses of various scale and size across Australia and the Asia Pacific. We possess a collective pool of knowledge and experience that will enable you to make informed decisions necessary for your club and course to stay at the top of the game. Challenges such as poor soil condition, disease and weeds can also be quickly overcome through the sharing of key learnings and experiences. If there comes a time where you want to lift the ante on the challenge and playing conditions of your course, we can also assist with design improvements, tee reconstruction or entire hole rebuilds. Such upgrades maintain the functionality of your course and deliver better value so you enjoy maximised benefits for longer without excessive spending.
10
The size and scale of our national operations provides you buying power and capabilities able to keep your course competitive. We also have the resources and proven capability to immediately mobilise large scale projects with successful results. We are well-supported and able to pro-actively respond to any changes in the operating and regulatory environment to assure you of continued levels of service both from an operational and management level. Novation of Risks and Responsibilities When we undertake the role of maintaining your golf course, we also assume all responsibilities associated with this task. This includes managing the related administration, human resource and occupational health and safety functions as well as their related risks. A Funding Model for Maintenance Programmed Turnpoint makes maintenance affordable and sustainable. Fixed and transparent cost schedules facilitate simplified budgeting. Forward funding teams course upgrades with maintenance to make immediate improvements possible.
Fixed Known Costs Maintenance programming does more than just ensure first class greens and fairways. It clearly maps out costs associated with maintenance to facilitate efficient budgeting by making known costs in advance. Any repairs, refurbishments or upgrades are identified as part of the programme so that they can be planned for financially and methodically implemented operationally. Forward Funding Model with the Opportunity to Amortise Costs Programmed provides customers a unique long-term maintenance programme that allows you to implement projects necessary to keep your Club competitive. The improvement works are completed up front and built into the maintenance programme. Meanwhile, costs are spread out over a period of time in conjunction with maintenance. This allows you to maximise opportunities for usage and revenue while ensuring your course is maintained and presented to the highest level. There is also flexibility to tailor repayment amounts and intervals to suit your needs Should your requirements change during the course of this contracted period, you have the flexibility to review the scope of work and/or negotiate a new contract.
Achieve up-front improvements and upgrades to keep your course competitive and amortise the costs of these by building the works into a maintenance contract. (Kooindah Waters, Wyong, NSWI
