Grameen Foundation’s Social Performance Management Center (SPMC) is committed to ensuring that pro-poor organizations have the means to help individuals move out of poverty and to effectively track that movement. Many organizations, however, do not have the tools to evaluate how well they are fulfilling their mission of reducing poverty. The Progress out of Poverty Index® (PPI®) is designed to fill that need. The Grameen Foundation promotes social performance management and the PPI through training, information dissemination (including publications), technical support, and advocacy.
