The Everlasting Hope

Every day when we find a new beginning, we find a new source of hope. When someone gives up on hope, it is never truly lost, they just don’t believe they can do it. Sometimes, we think that we are not good enough that we give up and lose hope. When we have hope, we strive for what we want for a good cause. A cause that can be found and shared anywhere –school, home, and community. Hope is always there. It is just waiting to be found. We ourselves are even bearers of it. We can share hope through a simple “You can do it!” Nothing beats a simple joke or story that can make someone happy and hopeful. Filipinos are good at this. We could easily get hope anywhere after all that we’ve been through. They learn from their mistakes and work hard for what they want. We can also stand beside those who need help because it makes them feel supported, strong and full of hope. Every day we spread hope without knowing we did. We compliment others that makes them feel happy and hopeful. Hope is also shared through prayer. When we ask help from God, He gives us new hope and a chance to do something superior and great. Hope can be shared also through actions. We help and comfort each other by hugging, holding hands and whispering encouraging words. Every day we, students, share hope by helping one another. Through that we show that we believe in each other and that we can do something better. When one thinks that what he is doing is not right, we help him to get his spirits up and give him hope. Hope encourages someone to do better. We can help people to find hope anywhere. The victims of the typhoon Yolanda lost hope because of the said tragedy. We can reach out to them, send donations and share inspiring words to give them a new source of hope. Hope shows us what we can be thankful for. People without hope don’t look on the bright side and don’t know what to be thankful for. Showing them the wonders of life is a way to share hope with them. Spreading hope helps a lot of people.

God gives us hope every day. We share God’s words by teaching it to others and by that we share hope. When we do sin, we became far from God but He sent His one and only son, Jesus Christ to give us a new source of hope for He was the way back to God. God taught us that we should never give up and not to rely only on ourselves. We must always ask Him for help and to have another chance of hope. God shares hope with us every day of our lives and we can share that hope by telling others that God is with us and watching over us. We share the strong, inspiring and wonderful words of the Bible that could reach out to those who need hope. Many people gain hope through God’s word because the Bible is a mighty tool. Hope from God is a blessing to each of us. I thought I could not make this essay for this competition. When my teacher chose me, I thought I could not do it and I would just give up but my friends and family gave me hope by supporting and encouraging me to join and I am so thankful for that. We all pray for hope, hope for good grades, hope for a successful life and hope for a happy life. For me hope is eternal and everlasting. Hope can last forever and can never be destroyed. It helps us to strive for something everyday. Another word for hope is ‘expect’. We always expect for something good to happen so we work hard for it to happen. It makes our hope stronger. I shared hope to my friends by telling them not to give up and to work hard. This article writing contest about hope made me think that hope is important and must be spread everywhere. Many students from different schools wrote their own essays hope. It could share hope all around the world because they share their own experiences. Hope teaches us to be thankful for what we have. It makes us expect and work hard for good things. We make people happy by sharing hope for hope is for everyone. There is no single day that life doesn’t offer it, for anyone can be source of it—anyone who looks up to God whose promises make hope everlasting.
