MSRP and Ex Warehouse: The prices listed are Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) and are applicable at the warehouse location. These prices serve as a reference point for our products.

Shipping, Taxes, and Charges: Please be aware that the listed prices are exclusive of shipping costs, taxes, or any charges imposed by government authorities. Additional fees related to shipping and applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice based on the client's designated shipping address

PAYMENT TERMS:

All payments are due in full before delivery of goods can take place. Payments accepted is either by ACH, Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Special orders requires a 50% none refundable deposit with balance due prior to shipping from the US warehouse.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

We ship with UPS ground for most smaller items at published current rates. For large items and bulk purchases we will assist in facilitating freight with a carrier. Products that needs palletizing and special handling be calculated and sent to purchaser.

Claims:

You must inspect goods delivered upon receipt. Upon visible loss or damage a claim must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods and the damage. The claim should be sent within 2 working days and should include your invoice number,

Stocking Items:

For stocking items, please ensure that they are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a potential return. Kindly note that a restocking fee may apply.
