Dal 1982 Prandina è un marchio italiano di design dell’illuminazione, con una filosofia creativa risponde a pochi criteri essenziali: semplicità e rigore formale, funzionalità e qualità durevole. Prandina rispecchia questi valori forti, comunicando un’identità definita e riconoscibile, al di fuori di convenzioni stilistiche, mode e tendenze di breve periodo. Lungo la sua trentennale attività, Prandina ha costantemente esplorato le potenzialità del vetro, ricercando nuove forme per interpretare, in chiave contemporanea, un materiale che per tradizione è quello eletto dalla luce, dall’uomo e dall’ambiente. Forte di questa esperienza, Prandina persegue idee e forme congeniali alla propria filosofia, anche con tecniche e materiali innovativi, cercando di definire prodotti sobri, versatili e riconoscibili. Grazie a questa mediazione tra tradizione e innovazione, la collezione Prandina può oggi interpretare adeguatamente gli spazi dell’abitare e del contract (architetturale), con prodotti che possono essere inseriti in progetti già definiti o sulla base di specifiche richieste. — Prandina is an Italian brand who started in the interior lighting design in 1982. Its creative philosophy fulfils several criteria: simplicity and formal precision, functionality and long-lasting quality. Prandina reflects these strong values communicating a defined and recognizable identity, breaking with current styles, fads and short-term trends. Throughout its thirty years of activity, Prandina has always explored the potentialities of glass, looking for new shapes to interpret, in a contemporary way, a material that has traditionally been elected by the light, the man and the environment. According to this experience, Prandina pursues ideas and shapes fitting its philosophy, also with innovative techniques and materials, aiming to define simple, versatile and recognisable products. Thanks to this mediation between tradition and innovation, today Prandina’s collection can properly interpret both residential and contract spaces, with products that can be integrated into already defined projects or adapted to satisfy specific requests.
