Construction schedule The total construction and changeover duration was 24 months. This included: • Site Preparation – 2 months • Excavation, Piling and Foundations for the Hoist, Hoist House, and A-Frame – 9 months • Steel Erection – 5 months • Changeover – 8 months total with only a 4 month shutdown.
