Promise Keepers has created a powerful interactive course to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully promote and run a vibrant and growing Ministry with Men. Many Pastors and Leaders are looking for the key that will unlock their Men’s Ministry. This course is an important tool to help churches succeed. Find out how this course will enable you to create a dynamic Ministry with Men.
God moves on men’s hearts at Promise Keepers Events, but that is just one weekend each year. What happens in each man’s own church for the other 51 weeks can make or break him. The process of transformation is lived out in that community. This course will help you grow the community of men in your church. Webinars are interactive seminars that utilise the internet so that many people can connect and view a presentation at the same time. Using the chat function means that everyone can participate by asking questions or making comments in a text box. This means ideas can be shared nationwide.
The registration fee is $99 per church so Promise Keepers encourages you to get your team together for the webinar. This is a great way of maximising the effect of the Coaching course.
Webinar Dates 2012
All webinars are from 7.00pm - 8.00pm
Gather as many men as possible and have them participate in the webinar as a group. You could watch the webinar on a large TV screen or use a data projector. This way you can all be on the same “page, process the information, discuss how you can apply it in your situation and brainstorm further ideas. Related documents will be emailed before the session so you can work through the documents collaboratively as a group.
Church group viewing webinar
As the course progresses your team will grow together and move forward together. The Coaching course is designed for group interaction with questions being asked and answered in real time. There is a complimentary introductory video showing what kind of information, resources and outcome you can expect over the four fortnightly sessions. The introduction video, more information and online registration are available at

How Do You Grow Your Men? Promise Keepers survey results confirm that the greatest desire of men in the church is to grow spiritually. The desire is there, but in most churches there is no process available to develop men’s spirituality or to grow men into leaders. We need to be able to offer men a pathway that enables them to meet challenges, deal with brokenness and be trained and equipped for mission. All this in the context of an engaged community of men.
Goals of Ministry with Men • How do you connect every man in the church? • Ministry with Men should be relationship– not program-driven • Develop a strategy and process to bring men out of isolation and build deeper friendships • Live life with an outward mission focus

Dynamic Growth! Tom is a Men’s Ministry Leader in a rural church. Over the months that followed the start of Coaching, significant growth occurred, resulting in both open and closed groups being formed. As this happened the need for resources became apparent and Promise Keepers Coach Brian France was able to suggest and supply study material from PK resources. Tom is a man of great enthusiasm and drive, but he had little knowledge and experience in setting agendas or running meetings. Brian was able to help him upskill, and now Tom is able to function confidently in these areas. The progress that has been made with his church’s Men’s Ministry is significant and now as a result of Coaching they have: • • • •
Structure and purpose to their meetings The programs and materials required Time prioritised Their Pastor prayed for daily by the men of the church • Started four Men’s Small Groups • Held ten open group meetings during the year with 15-20 men attending • A group of 31 men who attended the Promise Keepers Event When asked what difference Coaching had made to him, Tom said it was huge and that the guidance he had received was “amazing”.
