you have not already been selected to perform at NFYT 2016

you can ensure that your group’s creative practitioner is available to attend the Advance Planning Day (currently scheduled for Tuesday 10 May) at Summerhall, Edinburgh

•

you can ensure your group is available to participate in a digital collaboration with a partner youth theatre group in May and June 2016

•

you welcome and can enter into the spirit of collaboration and sharing creative practice

have a group of no more than 12 young people, aged 14 + you are able to provide 2 adult leaders for the NFYT weekend: one to chaperone the group and the other to collaborate in NFYT Scratch as a creative practitioner

Payment A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your group’s booking for NFYT 2016, payable within 21 days of receipt of your invoice. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Youth Theatre Arts Scotland’.

Booking Conditions Please confirm I confirm that my group will be accompanied at NFYT 2015 by at least one group leader.

He/she is over 18 and meets the requirements of the PVG (Scotland) Act 2007*.

I understand that if this booking is cancelled before Wednesday 1 June 2016 my deposit of 25% of the total booking fee will not be refunded.

I understand that if my booking is cancelled after Wednesday 1 June 2016 I will be liable for 100% of the total booking fee.

*If your group is not from Scotland, each of your group leaders will be required to complete a ‘Self-declaration’ Form to comply with Youth Theatre Arts Scotland’s Child Protection Policy. Any group leader who signs this form is declaring that he/she does not have a criminal background which suggests that children or young people could be placed at risk while under their care or supervision.
