FIVE MINUTE THEATRE CREATED BY ANYONE FOR A WORLD WIDE AUDIENCE OF EVERYONE
National Festival of Youth Theatre (NFYT) is an event of cultural significance engaging young people, leading artistic organisations and audiences from throughout the Scotland and beyond in a celebration of the very best of rising talent. NFYT has built its reputation over the past 7 years and has grown to become the largest open platform for youth theatre performance anywhere in the UK. Having created a home in Fife since 2010 NFYT this year is delighted to stage a dynamic programme of 12 performances, play host to the National Theatre of Scotland’s FIVE MINUTE THEATRE and showcase the premiere performance from Scotland’s unique RE:LOCATION Company. NFYT is produced by Promote YT, the national support and development body for youth theatre in Scotland.

Integrating British Sign Language linked to spoken dialogue, movement and choreography. Additional sound and music design makes the performances accessible to visually impaired audience members.
