On cancellation of a booking after an invoice has been issued, and more than 14 days before the start of the event, the client will be liable for a cancellation fee which will represent 25% of the original total booking.

On cancellation of a booking within 14 days of the start of the event the client will incur the FULL EVENT COST. In this instance a suitable substitute participant may attend at the cost of the original booking client.

On cancellation of accommodation booked before Friday 21st January 2011 at the Peebles Hydro Hotel, the client will incur the FULL COST. Promote YT (Scotland) will not accept responsibility beyond that imposed by law, for any loss or damage to personal property or any personal injury that might be suffered by anyone attending or connected with an event.
